Guarantee

-The animals depicted for sale on the site are the actual available animals, not representations.  If you are interested in an animal, we will gladly take additional pictures for you to help you make your decision.  However, all photos are the property of Jungle Mist Reptiles. 

-All animals sold by us are guaranteed to arrive alive and be outwardly healthy upon receipt if picked up within 4 hours of arrival.  We can not extend these guarantees to shipments delayed beyond our control. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the animals and / or goods received, we will consider credit or replacement if you call to discuss it.

-No cash refunds.

-YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT to remain eligible for possible adjustments.  

-Jungle Mist Reptiles will not be responsible for additional freight / postage charges on replacement animals or goods.

Delivery/Shipping

-We personally deliver our animals in most of the southwestern portion of the state of Missouri, and northwest portion of the state of Arkansas for a  delivery fee.

-Shipping of all animals to all other locations is typically in the $40 range. You will be advised of actual shipping costs when you place your order.  

-Shipping of dry-goods is done through USPS Priority Mail, but FedEx/UPS can also be arranged.

-Purchaser is responsible for all delivery and shipping charges.  We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Payment

 

-We only accept  cashiers check, money order, local bank  personal check,  cash and at this time.

-A 25% deposit will hold an animal for 30 days. 

 

-If the animal on hold is not paid for in full, or if new arrangement are not made by the end of the 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
